@Lattysweets When the Don takes interest and Chunany.  And yes that's what I am doing love am a Customer Care Rep so I have all types of people talking to the sweet, the angry,the loud,the difficult and the slow, but, I always try to listen the tone of voice if I can't see them and adjust my voice and mind on how to respond   and if they are in front of me body language is on friendly mode.
