Hello, everybody! How are y'all doing?
Me? Well, I've been dealing with more of those annoying scammers telling me they want to, "promote my stories". Hold your applause.
But an incredible achievement has come to my attention. I've encountered the very first Wattpad scammer to piss me off.
This guy comes to my Superman story, which, as of the time I'm writing this, has only 1 chapter posted, and says, "I recently read your book and really enjoyed it. I noticed a small error and would be happy to fix it." And then he carried on with the scammer schtick. We all know the drill.
Not only is bro so stupid that he says he enjoyed a book I barely even started, but he also had the gall to tell me he'd be happy to fix a "small error". Here's some advice for those of you who spot an error in my stories: Point out the error so I can fix it. This has happened plenty of times and I've happily fixed it. But this guy wanted me to reach out to him before fixing this "small" mistake. It's almost like he has no good intentions.
I don't normally do this, but this guy pissed me off to such a degree that I'm going to do whatever small thing I can to ruin any future attempts at scamming.
So massive shoutout to @williams_cabell for being the first scammer to make me yell at an AI! What an accomplisment!

@SandraOsborne1 You'd think websites like Wattpad would be free of scammers, but no.

What happened to your RWBY/tmnt story?

RoboRexPrime

@RoboRexPrime I don't blame you, I know that some creators hate their own creation.

@RoboRexPrime Sorry if I'm coming across as rude. I just hated my RWBY/TMNT story a lot, so I'm very adamant about not doing that again.

No shade towards you or anything, I never made an announcement about it, so it's fair to ask about it.

@RoboRexPrime That's not the kind of story I write. If I'd write another RWBY/TMNT crossover (which I don't plan on doing, sorry), I'd write it so that it fits into the RWBY timeline, possibly between Volumes 1 and 2.

I also just do not like the idea of Team RWBY being mutants that can turn into human forms. That's the kind of outlandish idea that turns me off of fanfictions. I can understand other people liking idea, but that is not for me.

Listen, er, about Ruby and Yang's sibling-like bond with Kong, I kinda felt like that Kong acts as a big brother to Ruby and Yang. Yang often calls Kong "bro".

In RWBY: The Legend of Kong, Kong has a personality based on King Kong 1966, King Kong Escapes, Kong: The Animated Series and Kong: King of the Apes.

Summary: While exploring the woods, 5-year-old Ruby and 7-year-old Yang discover a giant baby gorilla-like ape and brought it home. At the cabin, Ruby and Yang named the baby ape Kong.

It's not a request, but a idea of suggestion.

@JacobBush3 I'm not a big fan of the idea. I mean, if that's a story you want to do, feel free, but that's just not a story I'd be interested in writing. I've always preferred Kong as more of an animal acting on instinct then how he's portrayed in the stuff you listed, where he's a more sentient hero character.
