I ship Ymir and Krista so hard!!! (just finished episode 35) and I am successfully subtlety conveying that to my brother. I can mention/imply mildly queer things to him without him saying anything. I don't know if I'll be able to hide it well enough when my parents watch, though people like them can be very random on noticing queer stuff.

Watching aot with my brother is so fricking hilarious (also glad he ignores the number of times I almost curse) because he be so random.
          
          Historia (or Krista) falls off the building and Reiner catches her by the foot. My brother's only response is, "bet you like that view Reiner didn't you." And omg a about lost it. That is something I would def say, but hearing my brother say it took me by surprise and made it a hundred times funnier?
          
          Also, when we finished watching tonight, he looked at me and was saying, "don't you see why I love this anime so much?" I just looked at him and said "I'm gonna cry" with the most deadpan voice ever.

My brother: Hey, you should totally watch this anime, it's so peak!
          
          Me (Watching it with him): *on my third round of tears and it's only episode 22* Did you mean fucking traumatizing?!
