@Anxietysanders1 usually it can be hard to get i nto that space but its a natural progress. maybe try watching your fav cartoon or eating your fav snack,while cuddling a stuffie. getting into that space is about being relaxed. and once you get into that space you will see how diffrent u feel :)

@Anxietysanders1 ok hm i reccomend try age regresstion first.when you are a little you dont always need a dom . but if you want someone to watch after you try talking to a close friend,explaing to them that you want to try to get into little space and ask them would they be ok with it. there are good doms and bad doms.finding a dom is more of a trust thing so you got to be careful espessically in the ddlg etc comunity.if you have anyy more questions dont hesitate to ask :)
