Hi! I came from AO3. I just wanted to leave a quick note from a genuinely wondering mind. I actually came across another fic with a very similar premise before finding yours, but I ended up dropping it halfway through because of a lot of inconsistencies that made it hard to follow. When I later found your work and kept reading, the similarities started to stand out more and more, especially some paragraphs that felt very close, even word-for-word in places (aside from what naturally comes from the original Harry Potter plot).
I also noticed that your work was started earlier, which is why I thought it might be worth gently mentioning. I could be completely off, but I figured it wouldn’t hurt to let you know just in case you wanted to look into it yourself. Either way, I’m really enjoying your story.
