It was extremely difficult to write considering it covered some difficult topics such as depression, anxiety, ect. Please be careful of what you say or do because you would not want to be Sam in this situation but it could easily be you. You could also be the reason that someone acts like Sam. Always keep other people's feelings in mind. If you are ever struggling with any of the things mentioned in the book, there is a chance that someone around you, including me has been through some of these things too. Just stay strong and be positive. Your positive attitude can rub off on people around you and without you knowing it you can impact someone it anyway.
