Y’all, I have been in my house for 32 days. 32 days.  
          
          I have yet to update, because honestly, as much as I love my stories and I know where I want them to go, I’m at such a boring spot in both of them that I’ve been stuck writing them for honestly a year (and yet I’ve been so busy in real life that it doesn’t even seem like it’s been that long)
          
          I thought with all this “free” time that I’d be pumping out chapters again, but I still jut feel stuck.  So stuck I started up my old grandma hobby of hand embroidery in order to continue to avoid writing. 
          
          I love having my kids home, but I miss all the kids at work too.  
          
          I’ve been slowly chipping away at an update.  
          
          I may start a new story that I have more ideas for to get the juices flowing, which of course leads down a path to even more unfinished stuff.  
          
          Anyways, going to stuff my brain and my face with some pizza and hope for the best.  

Back to School time is here!  Which also means back to work time for me!  Updates have slowed down as my brain has been busy getting for the school year.  Now that we're 2 days in and *fingers crossed* things are going shockingly smooth, updates should be steadily returning by the end of the week.

So apparently, on my last update to Falling Like the Stars, it somehow only published like a quarter of the chapter.  
          
          Annyyywaayysss, fixed it.  :)

TLDR:  I suck, sorry.  Started a new Zachary Levi story.  Have the first 4 chapters ready to go, Chapter 1 is already posted.  Will be adding to my Henry Cavill and Chris Evans stories soon :)   
          
          So, let's all just be honest here and say I suck? 
          
          Anyways, spent a good chunk of last year and the first part of this year falling apart into a "hot mess disaster spiral" 
          
          But I'm pretty sure we're out of the woods for now.  I would love to update more than once a year (apparently July is like 'my' month, but seriously my birthday is in July too and seems to be the only time life slows down) but I started working for my kids school district, I'm starting to go back to school in the fall (probably next spring though if we're being honest) to finish my special education degree, and I got caught up with doing a ton of volunteer work which is honestly one of my favorite things to do.  
          
          Oh and I got a dog, because I needed a dog like I needed a hole in my head. He's pretty great though, his name in Macklin and he's a big loveable dum dum.  He's over on my IG!

FINALLY settled in at my house in Texas.  My belongings won't be here until OCTOBER.  So I'm roughing in on an air mattress on my living room because I did buy a TV and entertainment center #priorities.  My kids start school tomorrow (praise jesus) so I will finally be able to write again!  This transition  took a lot longer than expected, but I'm glad to finally be back to 'normal.'  Updates should be coming this week :)

So after 3 pretty awesome years living abroad in Europe, I'm heading home to Texas in two weeks!   So basically, I won't be around too much.  I'm hoping to get in a few updates possibly before then, but I'm not holding my breath.
