i present to you, your first taste of the first chapter of Wicked: For Good (ccweasley's version)
          
          
          One year had passed. One year after Seraphina Emberly watched Elphaba Thropp throw herself off the balcony of the highest point of the Emerald City. One year since she’d promised Elphaba that she'd stay behind, carefully undermining the Wizard’s lies and operations. Now, as Seraphina stood on the balcony from her room in the Emerald City, the moment wouldn’t stop flashing through her mind. Guilt coursed through her. Elphaba had been flying through Oz, freeing animals to continue fighting for their rights while Seraphina had been stuck in the Emerald Palace, living as nothing more than a tool for the Wizard.

just saw wicked for good! planning is about to begin for act 2 of wicked for good!

happy wicked: for good release day! i'm going to see the movie tomorrow and writing and planning will officially begin! the book is going to be based off the movies, and that is why i haven't published updates! in the meantime, please feel free to enjoy the bonus one shots! updates for act 2 will be irregular because i'm in the midst of finals as well, please be patient with me

          Andromeda sighed as name after name was called. “Andromeda Rosier.” Andromeda took a deep breath and stepped forward, her pulse pounding in her ears as she approached the hat. It had barely touched her head when she heard a voice in her head.
          
          “Ah… a Rosier. Powerful bloodline, lots of potential. You carry a secret — a magic no one has seen in a century. Through the bloodline of your mother.”
          
          Andromeda’s eyes squeezed shut as she waited for the hat to answer. No one knew the story of Eleanor Greengrass. No one could.
          
          “She did well in Hufflepuff…” the hat continued. “I see many of the same qualities she possessed in you — loyalty, kindness… and a certain sense of… hmmm.”
          
          Andromeda opened her eyes as the hat continued to mull over her choices. Her eyes flickered briefly to the Gryffindor table, where the girl with the bushy brown hair shifted in her seat uncomfortably.
          
          “I sense… a thirst to prove yourself… ambition… you’d do well in… SLYTHERIN!”
