Christopher Leach is happily married in small town South Africa. He was born and schooled in Grahamstown before studying Economics in Durban. 



In 1993, he visited London for 6 months and returned to Grahamstown in 1997. That was a long 6 months. However, he managed to spend several years working and living in the Middle East. A lot of that time was spent working on boats. 



After returning to Grahamstown, he opened and ran 'The Blue Room', an innovative bistro that he sold in March 2020. He completed a Royal Yachting Association Yachtmaster licence and all other qualifications needed to work as a delivery skipper and in the Super Yacht industry. He spent years involved in both aspects of the industry.
