Hi folks! I haven't been around Wattpad much since 2020, between the upheavals of the pandemic and chaos in the book biz, my writing career has been through some major twists and turns. Engagement here on Wattpad is way down, probably because I haven't been interacting here much. Biggest pieces of news are: 
          	* I just started a new BDSM serial over on Patreon
          	* Daron's Guitar Chronicles is finally getting all 13 books in paperback and Kindle Unlimited
          	* The Prince's Boy is moving over to a new site called TheoReads
          	
          	With the changing political situation in the USA, I'm not comfortable with some of the really graphic erotic content in The Prince's Boy being in the open, so I'm moving it to a site where it'll be more secure. I've taken The Prince's Boy down from LiveJournal and circlet.com is going off line as well. 
          	
          	I know it's a favorite story for some folks here. The ebooks are available so you can always have them forever. If you have hardship paying for them, drop me email at ctan.writer at gmail.com and tell me you're a wattpadder who misses Kenet and Jorin, and I'll email you a review copy. (You'll have to also attest that you're over 18.) 
          	
          	The first few chapters are live to read on TheoReads, so go sign up for an account over there. Theo will be specializing in romance and erotica ("spicy" stories) so I expect a lot of good content to be found there once they launch!

@CinderSnowDreams There's a lot going on in the world of "spicy stories" -- here in the USA the Trump administration literally wants to put anyone who writes "porn" in jail. So I'm taking The Prince's Boy down and moving it to a place where it's behind a screen (a site called TheoReads).

How the fuck are you able to write so much and not get burnt out, and just have so much to write its insane, i just started reading Daron’s Chronicles but it feels like I’ve already aged 2 years lmao. I love it tho

@hotcheese776 Grin. I was writing DGC for over 10 years so it wasn't actually that much to write per week! Usually two posts of 1500 words each? Sometimes three posts if folks made a lot of donations? It just built up over time! (I was kind of shocked when it passed 1 million words though. It ends up being just a little over the length of Harry Potter.)

@TheLiterateRat I'm so glad! It's really one of my favorite things I've ever written. And I knew no publisher would touch it so I tried to put it where it would be appreciated. <3

I just had a chance to see Storm Large's audition for AGT. I've been trying to find a singer to fit my image of Ziggy, and I can embrace the effect of her on my imagination. So, my Ziggy is a 50-something woman. Go fig. She took a classic non-rock song and made it hers in much the way Ziggy can riff on any song. Anyway...thank you for your story. Your words painted images and made me feel, at times, that hollow, pregnant excitement that comes during a terrific song accompanied by whiffs of weed. It engaged this last-of-the Baby Boomers person so much so that I'll be buying the whole thing as soon as I can afford to.  I'm thinking of mentioning it to my 19-yr old niece because I think she'd get "it" as many if threads woven in your story would wrap through her.

@Celonecca You're so very welcome! I'm glad you enjoyed it! The last couple of books still need to be released as ebooks and paperbacks and during the pandemic I just didn't have the brainpower to get to it! But I'll be working on those in the fall, i think. I'm going to run a Kickstarter that'll let folks buy the whole set to help me pay the cover artists and my proofreading/editing team!  You can get on the Daron fans mailing list if you want to hear when that comes around. Let's see if Wattpad will let me post a link...

@lovemethewinchesters I'm so glad! Most of my writing has been for various publishers that past couple of years so I don't get to post much to Wattpad these days! I'd really love to do a sequel to The Prince's Boy at some point, though!

@he4rtshapedbox As far as what I would recommend - I think people who really really get into these characters and want to know everything about them end up coming over to the main website just because there's more stuff there. Folks who are looking for a daily m/m fix on Wattpad tend to stay here where they're in the habit of reading most. Both are great <3 It's all about what makes you the happiest :-)

@he4rtshapedbox Hi! There is a lot of bonus material, both stuff by me like bonus scenes or background stories (as well as fanworks, art, songs, etc) at the main Daron's Guitar Chronicles website. (We also just updated the site to a new server that loads a lot faster than the old one!)
