A new chapter of Isles is out (after like two months but shhh) and I think I was just so bored of the wattpad interface that I moved to Ellipsus to write out my drafts, so hopefully that'll motivate me more-
As for Guilty, I just customized a new cover for it so it's not all bland and boring anymore, I'll change it once I'm done with all the rewritten chapters. But as for the chapters, I was wondering if I should delete and replace the old chapters or keep the existing chapters but just edit out the text–but then the comments wouldn't align anymore so idkkkk
@lunarella- @zinniq damn both of y’all got a good point HMMMMM the only reason i’m leaning toward a whole new book is because the chapters are reduced by like half, so a lot of those old comments would be lost and some of them were so funny that I can’t lose it LMAO I’ll think about it some more there’s no rush
Personally (and this is an opinion so take this with a grain of salt), I would just have the revamped version as a new book mainly to see how much has changed over the stories and so I can look back at the past as a memory.
But whatever decision you make I am excited to see how the edits turn out! Guilty is one of the greatest stories I have read here so I am excited to see whats in store! /gen

Back with my occasional update on rewriting Guilty:
Honestly I'm making steady progress and already rewrote the first two chapters in a google doc, and I actually combined a lot of the chapters so I technically rewrote five chapters already-
With what I planned out, the story is gonna go from 50 chapters + 2 bonus chapters, to 23 chapters + 2 bonuses like that's just insane?????? I'm not even taking away a lot of stuff, in fact I'm either adding more or replacing stuff-
But I'll keep y'all updated in the future and also keep trying to update Isles at a steady pace and not leave it in the ditch <3
Watching the men’s free skate final was actually the most devastated I’ve ever been watching the olympics so far like omg????
I can’t help but feel empathetic towards every skater so it just HURTS even if who I was rooting for made podium-

@st4rs_foreverrr I’ve been into figure skating since FOREVERRR i love it so much and it’s the only reason i tune into the olympics Respect to all of them fr I can’t imagine the pressure like it must be INSANE !! but lowk i’m thinking of getting into it myself
@celastella I've always watched the skating finals (minus when I was older cuz I had no interest in it twt), and all the skaters are AMAZING, so i'm just in awe as they spin and slid around on the ice Respect for all of them, because I can never do that T-T
Say what ya’ll want about Bad Bunny’s performance if it wasn’t your cup of tea then alr but for me as a Puerto Rican, it meant so much and the message behind it was beautiful idc
Showing the slice of life of Puerto Rican and hispanic culture in general resonated with me because it reminded me so much of childhood. Not only that, but touching upon issues that aren’t being addressed despite Puerto Rico being A PART of U.S was so important bc they want to claim the territory but when it comes to actually helping us, suddenly we’re not a part of the country????
So yeah this performance was a big 10/10 for me idc, I loved every second of it

I literally cried, I’ve been loving him since 2016 and now seeing him at the Super Bowl making history I genuinely teared up. This is why I keep saying Lady Gaga and Sabrina could sit this award down, Bad Bunny deserved album of the year the most in the Grammy’s. So on the topic beforehand about rewriting Guilty-
I just did an outline of the things I wanted to change just to see how much there was and holy shit it's like I liberated myself from this mortal shell and became obsessed with these characters all over again, it's actually SO MUCH BETTER????
I will say there's like one MAJOR change that will leave me to rework some chapters in Re:Call, but other than that, the story mainly follows the same elements and conclusion, but the actions and specific details make A LOT more sense to me!
Plus I'll probably be able to cut the amount of chapters by half with the way most were between 2 - 4k. I'll keep y'all updated with the progress as the days go and pray that I don't crash and burn-
