Vague spoilers for PJO season 2!
          
          I haven’t watched the two new episodes yet, but based on the spoilers I’ve seen, I wanted to clarify a couple of things regarding Icarus Falls!
          
          First, I won’t be changing when Thalia’s tree gets poisoned. I like its placement at the end of The Lightning Thief, and I don’t see the point in having Luke/Rory sneak back through the camp barrier!
          
          Second, I’m not changing the quest group either! I really enjoyed having all four of my ocs active during Sea of Monsters, and it’s the only book where all four girls are present in some way, so I’d like to keep that intact. So: Clarisse, Camille, and Valentine go on the official quest together, while Maddie, Annabeth, Percy, and Tyson still sneak out to save Grover.
          
          As for Chris Rodriguez, I’m not totally sure what I’ll do with him yet, but when I eventually go back to editing this fic, I definitely plan to flesh out his arc more, especially his friendship with Rory.
          
          I’ll keep you all updated once I actually start watching the season, but those are my thoughts for now! Let me know what you think, I can be swayed if you make a convincing case :))

So hypothetically… if I were to write a FNAF movie fic (a Mike fic, obviously), would anyone be interested?
          I’ve had this idea ever since I watched the first film but never got around to writing it. It would follow the events of the first movie pretty closely, but I’d start changing things in the second one, mostly because my main character is Charlotte Emily, and she’s already technically part of the canon in movie two… so things might get a little messy

Two points of order, everyone!
          
          First up: Born to Die! So sorry to all my Born to Die fans for not posting in months… but I come bearing good news! I’ve nearly finished chapter 19, so you can expect it this week! And now that I’m fully back into it, chapter 20, the final chapter, will follow soon after. The epilogue is already written as well. Again, I truly apologize for making you all wait months… but I promised I’d finish it, and I fully intend to keep that promise!
          
          Next point of order: Icarus Falls! Unfortunately, I haven’t yet written the one-shots I mentioned, so apologies for that. I do have a question, though. With season 2 of the show coming out soon, I was wondering whether you’d prefer me to adapt the plot of Sea of Monsters to match the series, or stick with the original book plot. I think it’ll depend on whether I like the changes in the show, especially the big fight between Kronos’s army and Camp Half-Blood that seems to have been added. If that’s the scene where Thalia wakes up, I could work with it and create a more complex Thalia/Rory dynamic. But I really liked the plane plot from the book, as it sets up the chain of events in The Titan’s Curse with Rory and Luke separated.
          
          Anyway, I’d love to hear your thoughts!

hii! i just wanted to tell you i absolutely LOVED icarus falls!! it was so beautifully written and you really made me fall in love with rory and luke. i look forward to reading the one shots you have planned (maybe even an epilogue where they reunite or the story of how they fell in love?) and i can't wait to read more about them!

I’m not dead, I swear! So sorry for disappearing on you all. I’ll try to get a chapter of Icarus Falls out ASAP and work on wrapping up the book. As for Born to Die, don’t worry—I haven’t forgotten about it! It’ll be my top priority as soon as I’m done releasing the remaining Icarus Falls chapters (which will be soon, I promise).
