How in the world can you write such a dark book
@ieatyoyleforbrekfast // talk of stuff in the book/spoilers/violence I don’t think it’s gotten *that* bad yet but mostly self projecting and taking the experiences of others I’ve heard about. For example Drista’s character is based off of my want to be accepted by my parents (yes I’m a c!fundy kinnie) and those who I know because I value their opinion. I end up getting violent intrusive thoughts (and nightmares but idk what’s up with that) specifically about them because they cause most of my stress. In the book, I briefly went over what Drista did before going into the mental hospital. Another example is Schlatt’s character. His alcoholism yet caring and wisdom is taken as traits directly from someone I know who died. Purpled’s backstory I took from my old best friend’s dad. But overall, I mostly take what I’ve been through at the lovely age of 13 and run with it lmao There’s tons more but I figured I should keep a tiny bit shorter lmao.
