Today was quite the frustrating day. I mean, all days are.. but today was exceptionally so. 
          Let's start with how 'these days' are frustrating.
          For this, lets consider a hypothetical middle class Indian family which consists of the parents, their four children and the kids' paternal grandparents. Hopefully I made my point clear. Anyways a family of eight is our subject.
          The grandmother is a person with a lot of (fake) aches in her body, while the grandfather is this benevolent person who adores his wife and helps her in all sorts of ways... even in blaming their daughter-in-law for her (nonexistent) faults. All the things the daughter-in-law does for her is all because their son forces her to, and if anything goes wrong (which is a farce- nothing ever goes wrong when the daughter-in-law is in charge of it), its all because of her being an impudent snob. 
          Now lets see why I was frustrated....
          Nobody touches my food. I mean,
          NOBODY.
          And when someone (and especially if that someone is my annoying brother) breaks the Golden Rule (as stated above),  YOU ARE DEAD.
          Thank your lucky stars I was too tired to move a muscle today, boy, coz the next time you do that, you're grilled meat.

There are some things that you've always wanted to do yet never got around to doing, right? 
          For me that would be learning about stars. I love watching the stars whenever they are visible through the tall trees and the mostly cloudy climate in our area. The tiny twinkling dots always make me realise just how insignificant my worries are... So in short, it calms me down. The only constellation I can almost always spot is Orion, so I've grown really attached to it, even though he killed Phoebe and a lot of Hunters and Amazons, and even got close to killing Reyna. What an ungrateful tragic hunter, if I may say objectively. Well, I really hope I get to learn more on star-gazing some day, or at least a few more constellations. Wish me luck!
          Hopefully you all get to do things that you really want to, even if it means becoming a little stupid at times. Because whenever I sigh about "Stars...", my family stares at me like I popped a second head. But that never stopped me from drooling over- I mean, admiring the twinkling dots that may seem tiny but can burn you whole if u get too close!

          Also, I know I've been not-active for a while... My inspiration seems to have gone off for a vacation  so until it comes back.. I'll be sticking with reading more books. ( ╹▽╹ )

Guys!! You've got to solve this mystery!!!!
          Okay, so the setting is around five in the evening, in a household of three siblings, their parents and their grandparents. The eldest sister was having a cold-headache-combo, so she decided to take a shower. She had the habit of always wearing sandals, but the pair she used to wear around had been rendered useless the day before. She arranged her new sandals in front of the bathroom door and locked the door to take a bath.
          Midst her shower, her youngest sister came to ask why the elder sister hadn't washed the car. The eldest replied rather curtly, "I'm taking a bath now" which infuriated the younger one enough to leave after a bang on the door. 
          After her bath, on opening the door, the eldest sister could not find her sandals. Although she was sure she'd placed it in front of the door, she looked all around for it. Her younger brother, seeing her search, asked what she was looking for.

          How does that sound? I found that sentence in an article I wrote four years back. Time flies, truly. I may not have realized it then, but now that I read it, I feel like Uncle Iroh from ATLA- wise and OLD.
          Well, after all "it isn't age that makes you mature, but your responsibilities"
          So allow me to stop with the quotes for now. I would like to wish you ALL a HAPPY NEW YEAR!! Let this year make you a better version of yourself, and most importantly, make you A HELL LOT HAPPIER than last year. Or any year before, seriously. Whoever you are, YOU DESERVE HAPPINESS. EVERYBODY DO. Do whatever it takes to make you the happiest person who's ever lived. Let this year, this present time be your chance to do just that.
