Chad Boulter grew up in Jupiter, Florida, a town of 60,681 in the northern suburbs of Miami. Chad Boulter is mad about snowboarding, and trains many months in Utah and Colorado, when the snow is the best in those states.  The other half, he snowboards indoors, at a facility in Jupiter which creates environments for indoor snowboarders, where he and members of his snowboarding club keep in shape and feed their passion for unique snowboarding techniques and moves.
