He later moved to a key position at Harcourts Prime Properties in Monarch Beach, where he currently oversees a team of fifty agents, managing a wide territory that spans from Santa Barbara to the Mexican border and includes the Palm Springs area.
Chad's leadership is founded on a commitment to exemplary client service and building strong relationships, which he considers essential to long-term success in real estate. He strongly emphasizes the training and development of his agents, providing them with the knowledge and tools necessary to thrive in the competitive marketplace.
He co-founded the Green Group with Justin Green and Bill Pasqualino. In 2022, Chad recognized an opportunity in Columbia, South Carolina, and established Harcourts Carolinas, targeting one of the fastest-growing real estate markets in the U.S.
In his personal life, Chad finds joy in the community of Rancho Mission Viejo with his wife, Laura, and their children, Peyton and Hudson. He is also an avid marathon runner, and he is writing a book about his experiences in various international marathons to complete all major world marathons.
