Hi guys.
It's been a while. I'm not dead, to be thankful, but my creativity seems to have hit the blunt force of the wall right now. My book has been put on the backburner so that I can focus on my school year and studying on becoming a more meaningful writer. While it's been on simmer, I've seen the falsities of my writing style from top to bottom and I'm sad to say how disgusted I am with my work.
I was originally writing the Red War series as a tribute to all those who serve in any military around the world. I was originally going to make a close family relationship and like the teenager I am, I have become a romanticized dreamer and conformed to the relationships in each new novel.
I'm not finished with the Red War series; it's still simmering on the backburner, waiting for me to return to it and give it the love it deserves. I'll still be working on it from time to time and possibly adding tidbits of work into it at a time. However, for now, for a long time, it's going to probably be on hiatus, as much as I cringe to call it that.
When I post a chapter, I will be the first person to scream at you to read it. But for now, I'm going to be gone from Wattpad just so I can focus on my school work and furthering my abilities as a writer. I hope you understand that I am not completely giving up on this story--it's taken three years of my life from me and I will not let it get away that easily--but for now it's in a hibernating state.
