I haven't been on wattpad in what has felt like a year. It probably has been a year. I've had so much going on, some amazing things, some terrible things, and mostly things in between. But now, I am back and I will be writing again. Hopefully this time all goes well enough to not have to stop.

My parents want me to quit writing... I have no idea what I should do.

@chandlerviolet  If it is what you want to do as a career, the experience will be good in you can learn as you write.  If it is a hobby, everyone has one.  There is no reason NOT to continue on.  See if you and your family can come up with a happy medium of writing and what they want.  Both sides give a little.  I hope you can get everything worked out so everyone is happy.  Good luck.

@leonsls They think it takes away from more important things  like sports and my dad doesn't think I'm good enough to make a career out of it, so he doesn't see the point.
