Updating again that my injury is still bad it's becoming a chronic issue but I'm starting to find my groove and how to manage the pain so I can live my damn life. I'm hoping to get Softer Sky wrapped up in the near future so will prioritize that first. Roleplay is a short story to begin with so that won't take long after. Thanks for the patience and understanding folks ❤️

Just updating that I promise I haven't forgotten about my stories! My hip injury has been excruciatingly slow to heal and sitting down to write in itself hurts a lot. :'( But I do try every day! Thanks for understanding y'all.

Figured I'd update that I got an injury that I've been having to do PT for ontop of there being a horrid heatwave where I live so I've been struggling to focus on writing. But I haven't forgot about y'all and have it in me to docaome writing today so hopefully I'm on the up n up!

@Dashingdeb30 Sorry for not replying sooner! I have no idea when it happened or how but I have chronic hip bursitis which radiates pain from my lower back all the way down to my ankles :'( I use a cane full time now which may be forever atp. Slowly learning how to manage so I can get back to living my life!! I got a standing desk so I can alternate between sitting and standing and kneeling to write or game which should really help. Thanks for caring xx

Got promoted at my job irl so things are going to be slower from me (like they have been lately) but I'm not giving up on writing so don't fret! Just figured I'd update on my situation.

No one talks enough about how, especially with your first story, you learn and grow so much as you go that your writing style often changes drastically throughout and it gets really hard to keep the story consistent, especially when you no longer connect with the style you started out with. Softer Sky is like that for me, I am finding it a challenge now that I no longer connect to the tone and style I wrote in the beginning, I feel like inevitably it feels like a whole different book the further you get into it and there's nothing I can do to change that from happening. Anyways, just wanted to vent that out into the void lmfao.

@chaosneutral I'd be super down to do a read for read and both share any notes of encouragement or suggestions etc! Right now I'm super proud of Roleplay I've come so far in my writing and feel connected to that style
