My birthday was on the 18th of this month and as most of you know I am Irish (this is relevant to the story don't worry) so for my birthday my friend who is american got me a $20 amazon gift card. Today I decided to get a book set of the original Percy Jackson books off of amazon cause I wanted to read them, and since i refuse to read eBooks I ordered paperbacks, so I went to checkout entered my address bla bla bla got to payment method and tried to enter the gift card code and it said it was invalid (we later found out it was because I was trying to use it on the UK amazon instead of Amazon.com. Since that wouldn't work I decided to use my Revolut card (its an online bank), Amazon wouldn't accept the got dam card no matter how many times I entered in the card details, when we finally got it to work we realised that my address auto filled wrong so we had to go back and fix that, when we got to re-enter the card details it decided to not work again (go figures). We finally got it to work and I can't wait for my books to come, Amazon really made me work for them.
