your emotions towards a third person should never be an excuse to let your mental health slip. make taking care of yourself a priority. you're worth it.

it's okay to feel low. it's okay to lose people. it's okay to cry. it's okay to let your emotions out. it's okay to be frustrated. it's temporary, i promise, and it will all get better. nothing lasts forever, and nothing feels the same. you'll make it through. stay strong. if comes the darkness, so will the light. stay patient. take care <3
