I’m a writer, but that doesn’t mean I can’t be wrong. Writing doesn’t make me flawless. Whenever you read what I’ve written, please don’t just agree blindly. You can question me—my words, my thoughts—if you find them untrue, invalid, or lacking honesty.

Everyone has different perspectives, and I’m open to hearing them all. I’m not someone who will judge you for thinking differently. I won’t call you wrong just because you disagree with me. So please, share your thoughts.

Let’s express ourselves positively and respectfully. Don’t spread hate or negativity. Don’t argue meaninglessly—bring your thoughts forward with brilliance and logic. That’s how we live in peace. That’s how we learn.

If we share our points lovingly and respectfully, we’ll be heard and understood. But if we fight—saying “You’re wrong,” or “Delete this,”—that’s not the right way to approach discussion. We can respect others’ views and have ours respected in return.

I admire every reader who reads my book, but some are a bit… special. Please don’t judge me— as a writer, we all love readers who truly grasp our words. Not just read, but leave comments on each paragraph. Not just read, but feel it. Not just read, but live it.

I know everyone liked it, and I loved all the comments—I’m truly grateful. A few readers, but genuine ones. Who read slowly, feel deeply. And I’ll always remember you. You never forget your first love.

That said, I’ll never forget Trina. She was my first reader when I had just started writing a few months back. She read my messy pieces, advised me, corrected me, and gave meaningful feedback that helped me get here. She was the soul encouraging me. I’m talking about the old version of this book, which I’ve unpublished now.

I’ll also never forget Sonu and Pakhi for pushing me toward writing—without them, I wouldn’t be here either. They are the OGs: Sonu, Pakhi, Trina. Back then, I was new and knew nothing, so I didn’t reveal much. The book had 4k+ views and was selected for Wattys, but I took the risk to unpublish it. Why? Because now I was clear about what I wanted. Earlier, it was a collection of everything—soft to dark, short stories to monologues, poetry to comedy, romance, and smut. The old book was She Bled, but I realized it wasn’t right. I needed a fresh start.

@chinimania_ I am glad you've found your people. Yes, sonu it is. And, don't be jealous, you'll find someone like her too, one day. I was new so all the pieces aren't that good as I was just figuring things out but if you want to read, let me know when you're free. I'll publish them and when you're finished reading, I'll unpublish them.

@chaoticiink oh, I did not know that! So you got selected for the wattys? Wow. And you write all kinds of things. Wait. I'll check out your new book and comment on it soon.
And really, you're very poetic on your normal announcements too. That just about proves that you're a romantic soul at heart.
I get it. I...used to get reads on a book I previously published (and now have unpublished) too. But most people were not actually reading it.. just.. swiping like crazy past the chapters. And I eventually got so.. dispirited that I unpublished it and stopped publishing (not writing) for 4 years. But now I'm back! And of course, I've made genuine readers.. or even I could say found kindred spirits.
Oh, she must've been a really nice friend. I've never had someone give that much attention to my work. I'm jealous!
            Sonu? The sonuwrtz Id,i presume.
OK. That's gotta be a lots of content. Will you publish all of it later? I'd like to read your short story. I'm pretty sure your short stories will get better than poems, at least the way you write makes me think so.

So I unpublished it and began adding only the chapters that truly belong to the book’s theme. Even changed the lines of cover picture. Back then, one reel—the pregnancy one—went viral and that chapter got more views than any other. All of this was read by the OG readers.

Now, the second set of OG readers for this updated version are: Siren, Harshita, Sara, Gulabi Di, Saranya, Tanvi, and Subhi, who helped me a lot and guided me along the way. Saranya is always the first to read the chapter the second I drop it—she gives me that “author vibes” and makes me blush. Tanvi motivates me through DMs and comments, pointing out every single detail—it melts my heart. This is the kind of reader I truly wish for, and I’m blessed to have them.

Please don’t feel bad if I don’t mention everyone—I’m just really high on their comments. Yesterday, a conversation with one of them about my other book encouraged me so much that I wrote two new scenes after months of feeling lost.

Lastly, I want to talk about a guy—Chinimania is his Wattpad ID. He’s also a writer, and his comments have my heart. When I saw an unknown person reading, voting, and commenting—not just reading, but understanding and engaging—I was on cloud nine. And he even added my book under mundus meus.

Trust me, I am so content with all of this. I will always cherish readers who truly understand my book, not just read it. It doesn’t matter if the numbers are big or small—I’ll always prefer quality over quantity.

With that note, thank you so much for each read, each vote, and each comment. I’ll always remember and cherish you.

What never changed, though, was the theme song, the book’s name, and the cover picture—those have always been the heart of it.

This was a little gratitude from me to all the people who read my book, commented, and voted. Who felt and understood. Who DM’d me sweet messages. A big thank you to all of you—love you so much.

@chaoticiink I get it. You broke down your patchwork skyscraper and started building pristine, pure huts. Takes guts.
I get it. Yeah. That's totally the kind of people any artist wishes for.
Aw! I've your heart?! You've used black magic rituals to see into mine too!
Thank to you as well, of course, for first publishing such amazing cookies then ranting the hell out of your emotions.
