/ KATHERINE 'KITTY' ISAACS / CHARMER.
          character thread below.
a semi-selective original character set within garth ennis & eric kripke's 'the boys' universe. penned by chaz 2k25. mature themes ahead, such as violence, gore, death, mental health, & discussions of sexualisation / sexual abuse. proceed with caution.

— HER ABILITIES ARE BASICALLY COERCION. think alison from the umbrella academy, or cate dunlap from gen v. she knows it may not be ethical, but kitty frequently uses her abilities to get what she wants— whether that's on deciding where to eat with someone, or getting a role in a play or musical. said abilities are most powerful & convincing when skin-on-skin contact is utilised, or eye contact is prolonged, hence the moniker 'charmer'. again, she's trying to kick the over-sexualised view of herself she has, but lapses in judgement mean she does use this view to her advantage when she deems it necessary enough.

— KATHERINE WAS BORN IN A SMALL TOWN in texas, & lived with her father up until she was seventeen. her father, & his friends, whom were always around, spewed misogynistic & vile things toward kitty from the moment her mother left, thus warping her view of femininity / womanhood into an over-sexualised & male-centric one. she is actively working on challenging the beliefs she's grown up with, but still has a long way to go in terms of bettering herself. this is not an open invitation to be misogynistic or a pig in any way, especially ooc, & you will absolutely be blocked <3

            — SHE WAS PART OF VOUGHT. for a total of two years, kitty was known exclusively as 'charmer'— vought's attempt at an over-sexualised 'southern belle' to keep their sexist male fanbase happy. she did very little 'hero' work, & was mostly a figurehead, made to sell vought-licensed calendars, do as many interviews as physically possible, & occasionally appear as a supporting role in some of their various films / tv shows. they had no intention of making her anything outside of this so kitty left as soon as she could. now she's gone back to her roots as an actress on & off-broadway, which is where she was spotted in the first place.
