Hi there!! I recently read your book on Finan and Lynne (Love Like This) and I am completely in love with it! It is probably the best book that I have ever read on The Last Kingdom and I think I binged the whole thing in 2 days and now I have no clue what to do with my life.
I know that it has been many years since you last updated the book but I was wondering if you would ever consider making a sequel or potentially writing a few more "epilogues" or short stories about Cerdic's life?
I was left desperately wanting more and I think it would be really interesting to explore more about Cerdic's character and potentially his relationship with Finan.
I completely understand if this is not something you feel like doing since the book has been completed but I really hope that you consider it! I think that you are an amazing writer and can't wait to see what you decide to add to Cerdic and Finan's story!

@------Hello------ literally the ask i was never expecting..... it's been six years since i wrote LLT. i was a whole different person and I've moved on. yet, at the time, i had a whole plan for cerdic's story believe it or not. it was going to be an official sequel and involve his childhood, growing up in this odd family dynamic, not knowing much of the past. then what would happen after he reunited with finan - after all, the epilogue i wrote was quite vague and it was for exactly that. but i drifted from the fandom. the characters. i unpublished my other TLK fics because i couldn't finish them. the only good news comes with bad news. cerdic's story inspired me so much i wrote a whole book about it, separate from the fandom, based on it's own universe etc. then i wrote so many revisions and drafts that it became a completely new arc with a completely new character, far from the realm of 'lynne' and 'finan'. so that's the bad news. 1) the only version i have of cerdic's story is so far from my original plan. 2) i wouldn't publish that version on here anyway. 3) that means i can't give you what you want. thank you for reaching out. maybe a few years ago it would've given me the step i needed to pursue the story. as for now, it means the world to me that you appreciate something i wrote as a teenager during covid </3
