Hi Brie! I don't want to offend you but I really don't like brie, I am sorry! So here is a funny story...when I was 13 (way back in the 90's!) I took a coach trip to Paris. On the way back home we stopped at a service station near Calais and I was real hungry. The problem was the only sandwich they had was ham and brie. So I ate. Or should I say I tried to eat it! Oh my gosh how much of an acquired taste is Brie? It has never touched my lips since! Now Gorgonzola, now that is a whole other story, but I guess it doesn't work so well as a first name? Oh hi Gorgonzola, how are you? Xx
