I have autism.
Also: here's a tip on writing neurodiverse characters: Don't rely on one dimensional portrayals and stereotypes.
Eg: for autistic characters: stereotypes: the intellectual genius and the dangerous and incontrollable.
I think you should give them some traits out of the character type.
Learning a lot from my writing mentor. Getting to the end soon. Hopefully, I will come back. Really want to sort out a few like I rise up and Social wolf.
Also, Udmey seems to have a lot of writing courses.
Hi! Just wanted to tell you I write autistic characters in Polish. Based on me & other people's stories. You know, making change international, etc.
PS. Do you know changelingcore aesthetic? It might be pretty inspiring for you...
Personally, I'm not sure about it, because too much daydreaming is not good for me, but maybe you'll enjoy it.*
* I wrote probably first changelingcore story in Polish... sometimes I wonder if I was the first person using this aesthetic in my country....

Hope you're ok
Don't worry, still alive. I have been sort of not writing or commenting. I'm going to apply for a writing mentor program, so we will have see where that go.
I am looking at some of my story ideas that I got. And trying to think why I wrote them.
Trying to read at the moment. Get inspiration or improve. Got a long list as well.
