The fmc's father killed the mmc's father, mother, and unborn sister. Then the mmc, who then became the alpha, killed the fmc's family and pack.
At the present, the fmc is a tattoo artist living in the human world with her human brother. She has to live in hiding from the werewolves as the alpha has been searching for her all over. One day, she gets caught by one of his pack members and is brought to his pack, where she discovers she is his mate. They both hate each other because of the past, and she wants to leave, but he tells her she has to stay because they have to mate for the pack to be able to have children. After a lot of fighting, they come to an agreement for her to stay until their mating ceremony. They slowly get closer and find themselves falling in love. By the end of their agreement, she leaves because she doesn't know the whole story of what really happened in the past. He lets her go thinking that she knows what really happened and still chooses her family over him. After leaving she finds out she is pregnant, but he doesn't know. Her leaving broke both of them. She finds out the truth and wants to go back to him, but an enemy pack kidnaps and tortures her to lure him to them. He finds out and goes to rescue her, which he does barely. I remember she was comatose at the end. It was still ongoing.
