Sorry for the inconvenience, but I won’t be able to update today. I will definitely update tomorrow.
          I had a panic attack again. Yes, I am an anxiety patient, and this has been happening for the last three years. After almost two years, I experienced a panic attack again in December, and now it has happened today.
          This is because of extreme stress. My dadi is in the hospital, and I am alone at home, which made it worse. She already had a minor attack in July last year, and now she is facing some issues again. It’s not very serious, but mentally I am not in a condition to write because I can’t focus.
          I hope you all will understand my situation...
          
          And i tried hard to distract myself and focus but it was useless...
