It's called Owning You. It's about Haeri, a rich, beautiful but unhappy high school girl, who becomes engaged to a rich, beautiful boy, Jaemin (of course), an engagement arranged by their two powerful families. Jaemin detests the idea of a forced engagement, and his indifference sparks a sudden desire in Haeri to make him fall for her. Her quest to get him to fall for her becomes her driving force in life, and gives her new meaning in her empty world. A new transfer student appears at the same time. Her name is Juda, and she is dirt-poor, and able to study at Haeri's exclusive school, only because she has a scholarship. The poor girl falls for Jaemin after he saves her from being bullied, and Haeri slowly realises that Juda will make use of her poverty and victim status to try to steal Jaemin away from her. But what Haeri wants, Haeri gets, and she's not going to stand by, and watch a manipulative girl wrest her fiancéé away...
