Jazmin Senoussi is an aspiring writer with a deep empathy for humanity. With her unique ability to alchemize words into emotion, and her poetic approach to vivid imagery, she is working towards the debut of her first novel, an autobiographical work, Children Born In Fire.

Jazmin is ignited by her desire to explore the nature of trauma and how it impacts and distorts the human experience, and is motivated by her mission to encourage others to overcome their own adversities, bridging the gap between authenticity and awareness..

In an effort to secure stability after a childhood riddled with trauma, Jazmin joined the military at 17 years old from her small hometown in Texas, where she then realized there was something more to life. After her time in the Army, she returned to life of a civilian to pursue her Master's Degree in Social work and became a Therapist.

Jazmin currently works as a therapist, is a wife, sister, and daughter,
and above anything identifies as a human: one who has survived the psychological trenches and has transformed trauma into resilience. Recognizing the power of the word, she uses her unique skills to work in a specialized school setting for adolescents with varying mental health needs. She also works with patients individually in outpatient care.

She describes her finished work as:

"A psycho educational autobiography written through a modern and poetic lens."
