The bot comments followed me to AO3 too…

Firstly, god damn I’m terrible with promises. Not a single update in July. Bit of writers block in how I’m presenting this next chapter, as well as a crisis or two with uni prep. Update soon though.
          
          Secondly, I’m toying with the idea of cross posting my work onto ao3. There’s been some talk of it given the influx of bot comments and scams writers get when they update. I’m not gonna pretend it impacts me as much as others (I actually need to update for starters), but it’s still got me thinking that putting my writing elsewhere could be fun. Obviously though, I’ll likely remain active here primarily.
          
          I know it’s a stretch to ask, given you’re here, and not there, but reckon this could be a good idea? 

Life’s been getting in the way of writing Redline again, so getting back into the swing of things has taken a lot more time than anticipated. It’s not me being an emotional wreck over my writing like last time, I swear!
          
          July’s gonna be when I want to steam through as much as I can before going back to uni. At the bare minimum, I want the sports festival to be done. But ideally, I want to get the internships finished too. It’s the turning point in the story I’ve been anticipating the most to write about, and it’s agony to not just gush about what’s in store.
          
          Sorry for the wait, I’ll ACTUALLY be back soon. 

I’m old!

Today I’ve inherited the ownership of a Discord server indefinitely for the time being from one of my friends here.
          
          I’ve talked once or twice about making a server of my own in the past for writers and readers to hang out in, but never really following through.
          
          Now though, being trusted to run a place like such, I thought it would be a good opportunity to open the place up to all of you here. Whether ownership gets handed back or not, I thought now would be a good opportunity to invite and involve the community I’ve built here.
          
          This server is intended to be a safe and inclusive place for writers and readers alike, already with some of the best (and craziest) people I know.

ACE COMBAT 8 CONFIRMED! I PRAYED FOR TIMES LIKE THIS!

I’m tired. I’ve been stuck second guessing just about every word of this next chapter, afraid that if I don’t write it exactly like everyone wants, it’s gonna get a barrage of comments calling this person a fraud, or that person a bitch, or even a death threat to a character over the tiniest thing like something recent.
          
           I used to be so excited to write. This was even meant to be one of the chapters I was most excited to write about since the very start. But I’m just so fucking tired of everything, and I don’t think I even like this story anymore.

Will you continue electro chaser in the future?

Rewrote the last Redline chapter, so you may have gotten another notification about it. Mostly unchanged, but the most important part of it (you know what) got overhauled and toned down, so it might be worth a reread.
