IT HAS COME TO MY ATTENTION THAT PEOPLE ARE FAKING THINGS THAT SHOULD NOT BE FAKED. 
          
          I'm sorry, but there's no need to fake things that happen to actual people. I don't usually write much, but I feel like there's a need today.
          
          On Wattpad, it's usually children who just want to make friends, make graphics, and have a good time. By lying and acting up for attention, you're ruining their childhood. These users care about you, they care about your problems. By faking those problems, you are breaking their trust. You're manipulating them.
          
          There's so much, so much wrong about this. One, you're manipulating them, like I said before. Everyone here goes on about telling the truth, we all feel horrible when someone is lied too, and then some user goes and makes up lies. Then everyone becomes friends, forgets, and someone else goes on and breaks more friendships. Hate accounts, which actually damage people's self-confidence. It may seem like a ploy to you, but it can affect others.
          
          Two, these things happen to actual people. People who have to go through experiences like this, and are actually traumatized. Sexual harassment? Physical and/or mental abuse? It's real, and by pretending things like that, you are actually disrespecting those who have to go through things like this.
          
          I admit that some users may actually have to go through these, and if those are real, I respect you. It's your choice to share it. But for those who lie, we might not know, we might, but you do. You choose to lie to us, and I don't even see the point.
          
          If you feel like this is directed towards you specifically, it isn't. I'm just writing based on information. If you're real, I don't blame you. Everyone needs to let their anger out sometimes, and this may be your only safe place. 
          
          But seriously, if you're thinking about acting up for attention: don't. I'm sorry you had to read this rant, but please think. Don't do this just for followers, for attention, for anything.
