hi can you please take down your book. I find it really triggering and I know what your going through I've been there too. write your feelings down in a diary and remove all the negative energy from you body and then tell your best friend about you and if you self harm give what ever you use to someone who won't let you harm yourself. I've been clean for 5 years and i'm 16. So please take down your book.
