Hello wattpad! I'd just like to address what happened at the Twenty One Pilots show in Cleveland. Namely how Tyler changed the lyrics to stressed out. 
          
          I'm not going to copy them down here.  And I also can't say I was there but this is an issue I need to address none the less. 
          
          This is why I hate the mainstream and why I hate people who hate the mainstream. People like stressed out. It's a good song. I like it. "True fans" however hate it, because they see it as the artist cashing out. That is completely preposterous. This is "hooker with a penis" all over again. (Tool joke ha ha!) 
          
          We've seen this happen before, and now the artist is doubting the song. The song he created and should rightfully not need to doubt. 
          
          Now there is no shame in doubting your own work, authors do it all the time. But to doubt your own creation because "true fans" dislike it because it's popular? That's just stupid. 
          
          So if you are a "true fan" of TØP and you dislike stressed out, do me a favour. Take all your albums, all your posters, take them outside and burn them. You aren't a true fan. 
          
          A true fan will love or hate a song weather or not it's popular. If you don't like stressed out, that's fine. If you do, that's also fine. But if you dislike it because it's popular, then I have no words for you.

Ah yes, because you know me. You know me through thoughts I leave in your head as you sleep. By messages I scribble into your notes as you study. By  ideas you find suddenly as you shower, leaving you panting as the lukewarm water runs over your body, as you learn things you never wanted to know.
