She sat down in front of her grand black piano. She stared at the keys wondering what to play, what to do. She wanted to express her pain, her sorrow without sounding like a depressed girl. She wanted to play her love out, her joys. She wanted to describe herself in a music piece. But it felt impossible.

It was snowing outside and she turned her head to watch the snowflakes fall all different and unique. Like people, she thought, like me. She closed her eyes and saw her friends smiling at her. The picture blurred and became her parents and brothers. It blackened and lightened again to finally become her crush.

She opened her eyes and placed her fingers on the keyboard.
Then she started playing, a beautiful sound escaping the piano as she caressed the keys.
