i think the new chapter is in the wrong order of the last one

I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO UPLOAD THE NEXT CHAPTER BUT WATTPAD IS ..... AHHH! How many times am I going to have to do the darn story categories nonsense for them to let me upload the chapter?! My chapter is being HELD HOSTAGE!!!
