CECIL DOE, medical test dummy who needs to actually visit his therapist more than he needs to release a new album. (CHAR. THREAD, DNI.)

FAMOUS. he was famous. he was signing for a record label and releasing his first single. how he'd gotten here was unbeknownst to him. it was too much. ANGRY. he was angry, with all the cameras in his face and people asking questions they felt they deserved to know. sure, he had crutches and a real bed now, but this isn't what he signed up for. he didn't sign up for the cameras and the obnoxious voices and the "control your mouth"s. but, god, he was CECIL FUCKING DOE, and he was going to make it work.

NOW TWENTY, he was liberated from the lab. he was quickly thrust into a flurry of media interviews and hospital rooms. more tests, more questions. he was asked to be part of a documentary, as a survivor of the place (and the fact he was the easiest to look at among the survivors). he complied, spoke and performed a small song, to show some humanity from a past life— and quickly found himself plastered with filters and his face doing somersaults to songs. internet famous. he had gained more traction than he ever could've imagined.

CECIL DOE'S life did not lead to super-strength, invisibility, or laser eyes. it lead to CHRONIC PAIN and INSTABILITY. admitted to "music camp" by his father at sixteen, it turned out to be anything but. his life became an endless cycle of HUMAN TESTING for various new pharmaceuticals that tore his body apart and left him with only NERVE DAMAGE and even more psychological damage to show for it.
