it’s actually sickening me. the whole world is literally a pile of shit, and it’s getting to the point that i don’t even want to look at the news anymore.
it’s become normal for this shit to happen. ahmaud arbery was shot for no fucking reason. george floyd. and of course, that’s not it.
and it goes back. it goes way way way back for years and years and years and it’s fucking disgusting. why? why is it that melanin makes such a big difference? i don’t understand, i don’t think i’ll EVER understand.
but i understand enough to know that it’s baseless. baseless, and bullshit. i’m so tired of this. literally the other day, just the OTHER day, i was reading an article about amy cooper, who tried to call the cops on a man named christian cooper (no relation), telling him she was going to tell the police that he was threatening her. he wasn’t.

@ciitystars EXACTLY!! You don't see people killing brown people! Yes, people are racist towards brown people too, but we aren't killed! There isn't a lot of racism here in India, cause most of us are brown. There is racism, but that's not the point we're making now. In some places, black people aren't allowed to wear MASKS, because apparently 'it makes it harder to distinguish criminals'. THERE ARE WHITE CRIMINALS, OKAY. It's not like black people are the most likely to be criminals. I'm sick of this.

@ciitystars bro yes <3 im so glad i live in australia and none of this crap happens here because we have laws! america is pretty messed up and honestly not many people are trying to change it. they have the most corona cases and deaths, yet they are all coming out of quarantine and risking their lives because "they want to be free". so much crap has happened this year, like the aussie bush fires, corona, and now this. i don't even know whether i should be happy that people have finally cracked and are protesting or terrified that someone else may get hurt because of the way they are protesting. and honestly what those police officers did was sick. absolutely sick. really makes me glad i live in australia.
