I have set year 0, and the Canon books, as being 2012, when the first book Introductions was published. One short tale will be about Sang's mother and set 17 or so years before GB series starts... Another deals with how Marie redeems herself... Then I wanted to make a story for Jessica...

In the end, I have stories of varying lengths set mostly in years 0 (2012) to year 7 (2019), my reasoning being most kids under 17 have no interest in politics... BUT... the adults around them would. I'm a history buff, so I'm looking at what technology was in use when my tales are set... and major events as well... In my stories is a few references or portrayals of very minor and some major Canon characters... school shootings... child geniuses... people who are NOT Academy but affiliates with useful skills... and even characters I have written that may push your boundaries to read... There is Malcolm, for instance, who has Asperger Syndrome, and Nanny who is a retired, ex-Navy Seal, Martin who at 10 hacked a bank numerous times, and Prue, who has "retired" to her last mission: being house mom to a pack of girls needing someone to care for them, and a number of dog-like cats, search dogs and nurturing a possible new team. I love the premise of the Academy... and how the world these characters inhabit is far better than it would be without them.

So sorry for my long absence... it was not intentional. I developed a few extra health issues that made some things a little more difficult and other extremely uncomfortable... I'm able now to begin sorting through and revamping as needed... I am SORT OF back...
