I'm gonna pop this on here in the quiet hope the right people read it.
I write fan fiction on here.
Use characters that belong to other franchises, like Marvel and Supernatural.
Yes I add my own plot lines and an original character or two, but these stories can not be monetised!
So please, please, please STOP asking if I would like you to draw my stories out as comics or illustrations, especially not if you expect me to pay for it.
The answer will always be no.
I don't want to get sued by Marvel or anyone else.
I just want to share my head cannons with like minded fans.
If you are an artist or just like drawing and would like to draw a scene from one of my fictions or inspired by one, as fan art I'd be thrilled and would love to see it.
But on the question of can you charge me to turn my stories into comics or illustrations, the answer is no.
I'm not paying for that, and I'm not running the risk of getting sued and potentially the risk of ruining the ability to share fan fiction for everyone else by annoying the franchises these fictions are inspired by.
So stop commenting on my fan fictions and asking!
To the rest of you beautiful people that leave genuine love on my stories, you guys are the real superheros!
