What would be a good reason for Jemma leaving shield? Please note that Fitz is still alive?

Hi, my name's Violet, and I LOVE your fanfics, they're so good! I am OBSESSED with FitzSimmons and AOS in general really. You're breaking my heart though, they're all so emotional, particularly "all too well", but don't stop! Please, keep writing, you're amazing! :)

So, I am back back back for good! And I will be updating a lot more. I hope you all enjoy what I have to offer. But on a more serious note, what do you guys think about FitzSimmons right now on AOS? 

I am currently working on a part to Remembrance BUT today is my birthday so I won't be on as much! Also working on Voicemail. :)
