hi everyone—I’ve been using the past day or so to gather my thoughts because I am completely, utterly horrified for the fate of our country now that we are in the hands of Donald Trump for a second term.
          
          I want to emphasize the importance of not giving up. I understand that we are all tired of consistently fighting for our own, basic right to exist. But the fight isn’t over yet and we need to come together right now, because if we are separated, we are weaker and giving them exactly what they want. 
          
          I am not even sure where to begin, but I am going to try and keep this page updated so we don’t feel hopeless in this. I hope we can all come together. I was naive enough to think that Kamala had it—and that the people in this country would vote with empathy. I was proven wrong and continue to be proven wrong every day.
