Can someone recommend more stories/books like this one?

My theory says Moore has done something wrong to Viv in the past and then Viv decided to replace Moore and flirting with Moore's ex or whatever( the other lady).
          Hartley said she has seen the other lady somewhere that means MAY BE she saw that lady's face in the bar when she was drunk and Moore left Hartley to meet that lady..but now Hartley can't remember clearly.
          Author let me know if my theory goes in the right direction
