@AfterP_BeforeR I've read the reaper by terry pratchett which was a great book. I think i'll read some more discworld novels once i'm finished with the series i'm reading.

Hallo! Thanks a billion for all your comments!  I plan to run over the story once I actually get all my ideas down on paper and add more description. :)  Also, the story was originally a word document, but my formatting got messed up when I uploaded (sowwie for the lack of paragraphs!!).
