          	If you’ve read my story Silent Sins, you may notice that some emotional themes feel familiar. That’s because both stories were born from the same original concept in my head. It started as one idea that eventually split into two completely different directions, and I chose to explore both versions in their own way.
          	
          	Silent Sins was written first, and that version explored the dynamic through Damon and Mia’s world. 
          	
          	Maddie & Killian's story is not a rewrite, but it explores a darker path that grew from a similar core concept. 
          	
          	The plots, characters, and relationships are different, but certain emotional beats may echo each other because they come from the same foundation.
          	
          	I just wanted to let you know beforehand so you can go into this story with the right expectations.
