dance is back!
          
          i have a few things to say in commemoration:
          1.) i've decided to not edit the old chapters *too* much. there's gonna be some tweaks here and there, but i don't have time to fully change the old chapters. the new chapters will come out *eventually*.. but it wont be for a while. i plan on cutting out some bulk in the old chapters to make room for better lore bits.
          2.) there will most likely be some storyline inconsistencies as i release new chapters. sorry about that in advance, i'll probably skim old chapters to delete things that aren't necessary, but as i said above im not changing much.
          3.) im going to release some new lore bits, as i've been developing this story nonstop since 2020 and don't see an end in sight anytime soon.
          
          thank you for reading and staying by me, i know a lot of people have been waiting for me to return and im so grateful for that. enjoy the "new" chapters!

wow. I FINALLY UPDATED DANCE. and i’m not stopping, for real this time. without getting too far into it, my adhd stops me from doing a lot of things that my heart loves, and updating my wattpad is one of them :// i spent a long time doubting my earlier writing instead of just taking the jump. i know the earlier chapters aren’t too good, but my writing improves a lot through the fic.. and that’s what this is all about anyways. 
          so for some insight: sal is very mentally unstable in the beginning. he is primarily unmedicated and is having a hard time adjusting to having his dad back in his life and moving to a new state. his mental state does eventually improve.
