Greetings humans, non-humans my(st/th)ical creatures and all other life forms,
          I messed up and updated a day late, sincerest apologies for that. (I actually scheduled it for Sunday I have no idea how and why)
          
          But thankfully (for you) the gods of insomnia decided to pay me an extended visit! Again! So I uploaded it and wrote a bit, hoping we can move on smoothly. 
          
          I'm trying out shorter chapters, let me know what you guys think. (This is the first under ~3700 word chapter, it's somewhere in the 2000s I think.) This is also my first 'nothing' chapter in that no major events occur, it seemed kinda meh to me but what are you guys' thoughts?
          
          Anyway hope everyone is good and taking care of themselves and so on and so forth. Honey porridge awaits!

I'm so sorry to everyone that's been following Codex for my inability to update these past few weeks. Life is drowning me and I barely have time to keep myself sane let alone write. Regardless I'm trying the best I can to publish something within the week.
