I have been so stressed out these past 3 months that I have completely disregarded my self care both physically and mentally.
But today, I'm going to take a nice relaxing shower, read my book, and do my skin care.
Tomorrow, after work, I will clean my room because I have so much crap thrown aroundy room that's it's giving me even more anxiety.
Saturday Morning, do all my laundry which thankfully I have been keeping up with. It's just hanging it up and putting it in drawers that I hate.
