I fell in love with Lace and how strong she was, and how the author presented all of the flaws and characteristics of all the characters perfectly.
It wasn't over the top or anything...it was just plain simple and how a person would realistically react and behave and how they grow and accept themselves and take care of others even when it feels like their world is ending.

I'd like to ask you to read a werewolf book whose synopsis is like this: a woman is rejected by her mate because her mate is dating her sister, then she comes out of her pack and is guarded by Luna from another pack. Next, the female became the alpha for the pack, and the female's strength was recognised by many other packs. Then the woman meets the second partner's chances at another alpha meeting. So realistic as well as beautifully written!
What I loved is that the characters aren't over exaggerated or made so that they can't be related to. It shows the struggles a person faces in real life.
It touched upon mental health and it's awareness which I absolutely loved about it.
The female MC's struggle with acceptance of herself and her body truly touched my heart. Plus her not being a size 2 model with perfect hair and fashionable clothes is something which I can relate to which i think many authors don't do in the present time.
Go read it now! Like right now! Before it gets taken down soon.

I think the title is pretty descriptive about what it is about but it is worth reading! It may seem cliche but it isn't.
You can practically imagine the southern drawl and him saying Darlin' .....swooon.....
