@OctoKarson just figures this out when I was publishing a few chapters. So when you've published your story and it pops up all published and everything their should be a little bar to the right that and you can dedicate the chapter to someone. It's either next to or one over but it should say upload picture/video. This is what it's like on the computer, but if you use a mobile device then  I have no idea. Hope this helped
